The Small Operators Committee provides a forum for small operator issues. It provides access for small operators in establishing California Transit Association positions and policy, represents small operators in taking positions on specific issues, and participates in implementation of California Transit Association-sponsored programs for training and information exchange. Support is provided by committee members, with assistance of Association staff as necessary.
