Following a run-off election to determine the final two positions, the 25-member 2011-13 Executive Committee has now been installed.  Results for 23 of the 25 seats were announced November 2 during the Association's 46th Annual Fall Conference and Expo in San Jose, and that group met that day to elect officers for the new term.  Paul Jablonski, Chief Executive Officer of the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System was chosen as the new Chair.  Donna DeMartino, General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of the San Joaquin Regional Transit Distrcit, was elected Vice Chair.

Mona Babauta, Transit Manager for Fairfield and Suisun Transit, and Paul Matsuoka, Executive Director for the Livermore/Amador Valley Transit Authority, were subsequently chosen to fill the remaining two seats following a run-off election conducted by the Small Operators Group. 

The new Executive Committee will now serve as the Association's chief governing body until the conlcusion of the term in November, 2013.
