Sabrina Means

Sabrina Means is the Legislative and Regulatory Advocate for the California Transit Association. She handles legislative tracking and analysis as well as maintaining communication with members on current regulatory issues.

Sabrina previously worked for the legislative office of the Sierra Club. She has a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs from Sacramento State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
