The Spring Legislative Conference is a two-day annual event that allows members to learn about the most critical legislative and regulatory issues facing the California transit industry.  This year's event will focus on the recently-adopted "Gas Tax Swap" and its implications for transit funding, the transit protections included in the Local Taxpayer, Public Safety and Transportation Protection Act of 2010, and how the legislative deal and the initiative inter-relate.
